"Herman Manning"

with the AFC championship game today and my KC chiefs not playing in it i decided to poke a little fun at our rival QB, the great Peyton Manning. i have a ton of respect for Manning, the guy might be the greatest of all time, but there isnt a pass he can throw or record he can break that will shatter that giant watermelon head of his j/k. with that super dome of his (no pun intended) and all the neck surgeries, the Frankenstein aka herman munster shoe just kinda fits. Anyway, had a lot of fun painting this, and more importantly i learned a couple new things doing it. hopefully i will have some more stuff to share soon. be sure to watch the video below while you look at the painting, it kinda just fills out the experience :)

quick portrait of my god daughter riley, painted in corel painter 12. im trying to work more with limited pallets so i tried my hand at using the black,white, cad red, yellow ocher pallet made famous by Anders Zorn. maybe 12 hours for the whole piece start to finish, hope you enjoy. more stuff comin soon.... hopefully
