almost halloween

ive been in real "halloweeny" mood lately, and that mixed with extended periods of boredom equals this. one of the more cornball things ive ever done, but whatever i had fun, for those confused Rack is slang for large amounts of money, hence the name. enjoy and i'll have more to post later
